This is happening. Project Hail Mary this evening and Ready or Not 2 tomorrow evening.
Watching recent film releases Eternity on AppleTV.
Booked a Friday afternoon ticket to see #NewFilmRelease Mother’s Pride.
#OneFilmPerWeek lives on!
I think I might need to accept that my #OneFilmPerWeek cinema thing is kaput.
I started it in January 2015 to force myself to go to the cinema as I’d missed a few films in the cinema, then loved them in TV in the UK.
The pandemic lockdown disrupted it in February 2020. I saw Pixar's Onward on 29th February. I wasn’t back in the cinema until 29th August to see TENET. With only one more cinema film in 2020 after that.
Regular attendance hasn’t recovered since. Despite several reboots!
The only film opening in my local cinema on Friday is Send Help. Looks okay.
My brain wasn’t working. So I’ve hightailed it to the cinema to see #NewFilmRelease Is This Thing On?
In Omniplex Cinema Dundonald to see #NewFilmRelease Rental Family.
Trying to make better use of my cinema pass this year, taking a cue from @ianRobinson ‘s #OneFilmPerWeek to see things I mightn’t otherwise see.
Good start, seen three films in the cinema this year, Avatar, Marty Supreme, and Anaconda.
