Jim RichardsonThe IDF has shot and killed 14-year-old Omar Khaled Lutfi Khmour during a raid on the Dheisheh refugee camp in Bethlehem in the occupied West Bank.
Omar was a student in the ninth grade at a United Nations refugee agency school in the camp. He is the fourth Palestinian child and 14th Palestinian killed by Israelis in the first 16 days of 2023.
