Ok, got back home with the #OlivettiM24

The previous owner left the battery inside, luckily it caused very little damage.

Pity the machine doesn't boot. Fan spin and nothing more. Did not check all the rails, but +5V was totally dead. The fan goes directly to line, so doesn't say much except that the power switch works.

No time to diagnose this now, so it'll probably be a while before I can deliver it to the owner.
