Rick GoldsteinRecently tried meatballs with panko instead of breadcrumbs for a binder, then rolling the meatballs in panko before baking. Seasoned with cumin, red pepper, green onions, toasted sesame oil, and soy sauce. Serve with rice, veggies, salad. So good.
I realize this is not original, but better late than never to make dinner less boring.
