Chalk, real name Dan Chalk, is a Hip Hop artist from Manchester, UK. Chalk found a love for Hip Hop music at the age of eleven in the mid-nineties after discovering acts such as A Tribe Called Quest and De La Soul. Inspired by such acts, he first started making music at eighteen years old with local friends Aver (Move78, Village Live Records) and Bill Sykes.
