Struggling to come up with a small token of appreciation for my nursing staff of 17. I dread the idea of a coffee gift card, but just can't seem to think outside the box.

We work outpatient, so bedside gifts wouldn't really apply.

Today I juggle being a nurse &being a parent caregiver. Thankful for virtual options for my child’s care team during my lunch break. With the Ontario Dec 1 billing changes I wonder if this will be the last one?
