Schnell via #Raycast eine neue Journal-Zeile in die tägliche Notiz von #NotePlan reinfeuern, ohne dass NotePlan dazu in den Vordergrund kommt. So kann ich ablenkungsfrei möglichst schnell weiterarbeiten. Wurde möglich, weil NotePlan in der neuen Version den #AppleScript-Support auf einen völlig neuen Level gebracht hat.

@michael I used #Notion and #Noteplan before. I loved both, but disliked Notion to be not so private, and Noteplan to be iOS/MacOS only.

I tried Affine running per docker compose. But ended up with Obsidian, synced via Webdav.

I can extend functionality of Obsidian in many ways, and since I use it for private note taking, I has not to be hosted imho.

3. Notice that the bottom task is 'Finis'

Looks like yesterday I couldn't even managed to finish typing the word 'finish'. Oh yeah, call me a completer, baby.

##Noteplan to wspaniała aplikacja, która spokojnie może – w pewnym zakresie – obsłużyć to, co buduję sobie, tworząc system fajne życie. przynajmniej w tej części związanej z prowadzeniem dziennika, notatkami, zadaniami, planowaniem itp. używanie jej jest dla mnie prawdziwą przyjemnością. ale przyszedł moment, w którym muszę się z nią powoli żegnać. nie dlatego, że coś w niej mi nie pasuje, ale dlatego, że coraz śmielej korzystam z mojego własnego systemu i widzę, że coraz lepiej mi się z nim współpracuje. anulowałem więc dziś subskrypcję ##Noteplan. z żalem, ale czas już chyba na taką decyzję. kolejne będą ##Evernote (notatki firmowe) – pewnie jeszcze we wrześniu i ##Ulysses – choć tu jeszcze nie podjąłem ostatecznej decyzji. cieszę się ogromnie z tego uproszczenia całego mojego systemu.

@jasongorman I’m doing some plugin development for an app I use #NotePlan the plugin only needs one helper function and about 5 lines of glue code.

I’m trying to make it mostly Test First. (There are hard limits).

I’m dying with things like getting the imports right (using VSCode). It amazes me how hard simple things can be.

@mfowler oh nice, thanks. I don’t think it is a $50/year problem for me! I was looking for something a bit more Heath Robinson. I think #NotePlan’s recent card view is going to be sufficient.

Tried #NotePlan last year, but squandered the free trial without doing anything. How do I reset it so that I can have a few days before making a subscription decision?
