Follow hashtags if you're seeking posts on these topics, and maybe also follow folks who post about them.
Use hashtags--I'm seeing a ton of posts from #academics with none.
Use CWs and think of them as content wrappers, to help others decide if they want to read your post or not.
Tag posts to groups to get automatically boosted to their members.
Boost posts to engage with their authors and readers.
Fill out your profile as much as you can.
Save a pinned #Intro post so we can boost it.
