#nowatching Close Encounters of the Third Kind (Collector's Edition)

After seeing some of X-Men on Blu-ray on my friend's new massive flat screen TV, my wife and I went out and bought ourselves a new TV as well.

We also purchased a new phat PS3 and then went to HMV and I bought CE3K on Blu-ray. It's the 30th anniversary edition with 3 different cuts.

Apart from testing the disc, we never got around to actually watching the film properly.

I'm breaking the curse tonight. 😂

#NoWatching #Trigun, loving the old school zany nonsense, fun world. So far it's more feminist than expected by a lot.

Vash and the tall Insurance girl are my favs. Love a girl with a biiiiig gun.

People are so lanky, reminds me of Hellsing.

Watching the English dub, it's good enough.

I think I saw this the first time when I was probably a touch too young, and the opening scene weaved its way into my imagination in a way that I don't think has much to do with the actual film

#nowatching Rebel Moon - Part 1: Chalice of Blood

Yes, this is the first of the insanely longer director cuts. I honestly enjoyed the Rebel Moon films but, as I said in my reviews that are easily available to read on my blog, they felt like a lot of material was missing and they were censored for violence.

Right, I've go to start watching it I'll have no time left to watch this film...
