Every time I get a Black Friday message from you, I start to hate you a little bit. Especially the ones that gleefully tell me to "shop, shop, shop." Sickening.
Charlie McHenryJust a reminder, the #NoBuyDay protest #Boycott doesn’t end today. We’re going to carry this movement forward until #Corporate America and their lobbyists hear us. There’s a phrase, “power of the purse” that applies here… because whoever controls the purse or wallet, has power. If consumers refuse to spend, the economy slows down, the stock market plunges, and Washington DC WILL take notice. It’s one more way to put pressure on legislators to prevent the #AmericanCoup.

We have not one but TWO indie bookstores in our town. One of them has announced it will be open today in order to educate everyone about the boycott. I admire their effort, so I’ll report back later on how it goes.
