Le Bénin interdit aux navires de charger du pétrole nigérien tant que Niamey ne rouvre pas sa frontière

RFI a appris que le Bénin a décidé de bloquer l’embarquement du #pétrole #nigérien, à partir de la plateforme de Sèmè #Kpodji, au Bénin où atterrit l’oléoduc. Le #pipeline, de près de 2 000 km, conduit le pétrole nigérien, depuis Agadem jusqu’au Bénin.
Les relations sont tendues entre les deux pays, depuis le coup d’État du général Tiani et plus tendues encore lorsque #Niamey a maintenu ses frontières fermées, malgré l’ouverture effective côté #Bénin.

🔴 #Nigerien President Mohamed #Bazoum, his son and wife have been held in the basement of his official residence in #Niamey since the coup on 26 July, his doctor has said after a visit.

His daughter Zazia, 34, who was on holiday in #France during the coup, told the Guardian this week that her father, mother and brother had no clean water or electricity and were living on rice and pasta.

Fresh food was rotting in the fridge because there was no power, she said.
