#Roman Emperor #ConstantiusII departed from his father's religious policies. #ConstantineTheGreat left #paganism alone and favoured #Nicene #Christianity. Constantius favoured #Arian Christianity and, #ThisDayInHistory in 356, forbid most pagan worship. He also repressed Judaism.
