The emotional crash I'm experiencing today kinda makes sense, given that last night I ran my 1st #DnD sesh of a campaign I've been lovingly prepping for months, so there was logically only 1 direction left for my 🧠 to go after that endorphin high. As an ex-#TheatreKid, I wrote & performed my heart out (& they all loved it!) so I should probably give myself some grace today. And hey, at least I don't drink anymore!
