Unsubtle reminder to everyone on every timeline: Humans do library work, only some of them are unionized, and waaaaay more of them than you would be comfortable admitting are regularly abused by the public, their coworkers, and/or their administration, board, or legislative and executive bodies charged with oversight or budgetary responsibilities.
