Joe SłowikSerious thought on the #NationalCyberStrategy released today - it comes out right after we've moved to divided gov with a legislative branch that will be unwilling or incapable of passing any meaningful regulation, with an activist Supreme Court hell-bent on curtailing Executive Branch power (see: Student loan case oral arguments).
So - strategy is all nice to have, but actual steps to implement will either not happen or be struck down in court.
