This morning at #nrsd2025 I learned about https://github.com/SS-NES/code-auditor, a tool/library to help with building better #ResearchSoftware by finding metadata/license/... issues and suggesting improvements. I really like its reporting functionality (and it is *not* "AI"!).
I do wonder what related tools exist, because I feel this isn't the first #CodeAuditor.
