Bobby Garcia (aka "Philip Roberts") of Killingworth, CT is a former member of NSC-131 and founder of the New England National Party, which appears to be operating in the same mold as NSC-131. He's connected throughout the region and has participated in nazi bullshit in Providence, Boston, Hartford, Manchester, NH, Portland, ME, and elsewhere, so he's clearly someone who people in the area should be made aware of.
