ShannonNAFO basically tries to ratio Russian disinformation on Twitter through humour and trolling. Most of their posts are things like this #NAFOmeme below. Sometimes they veer into outrageous posts. But it's, as I said, loosely organized.
They also fundraise for Ukraine and Pro-Russians impersonate them as well as accuse them of fascism and other things. It's a bit of an online war. Musk has sided with the Pro-Russia disinformation factory.
