The Russian Federation is looking for regimes in exile, particularly Iran, to try to get ammunition or weapons from them — this was stated by the press secretary of the US Ministry of Defense Patrick Ryder, at a briefing. In particular, according to him, the Russian Federation continues negotiating with North Korea, violating UN resolutions. He added that the US will continue to urge North Korea not to negotiate with the Russian Federation, as this contributes to the continuation of the war in Ukraine and the killing of innocent citizens of the country.
