This is Myogon-ji in Toyokawa, a Buddhist temple. It contains hundreds of stone foxes of varying sizes. We typically associate foxes, or kitsune, with Shinto due to their presence at famous Inari shrines like Fushimi Inari-taisha in Kyoto and the other countless Inari shines throughout Japan.
