y'all know i'm wild about polar bears... been exploring a new alter sona, name of A'thur, bit of a grandpa type
anyway this one took way too long to clean up for what little the changes added up to being, but things have also been kind of hectic between March when this was started and now.
i don't have good pixel art experience yet, but here was a chance to get some pixaki practice.

the title is inpainted but the subtitle was just added in gimp
had been having trouble getting training to work anymore, then found OneTrainer (which seems to work pretty well) and made a lora of my character
been playing with "polaroid photo, 1970s aesthetic" and loved the way this expression came out so decided to clean it up
(also it was supposed to have diapers but those briefs were just too perfect to change)
haven't been posting too much because i haven't been 'finishing' too many pics and i'm not super keen on making a habit of posting raw txt2img (though folks on telegram have been getting many eyefuls)
anyway downloaded a new model lately and was trying out what was good. seems to do a good photo style (though white nose is still a bit of a wrestle)
More in the series of using AI to color old drawings, here's a urinaltaur I drew back in 2020 (ugh it feels like it should be longer ago than that, but it was around the time for him to be an inspiration for Flip).

since nvidia put out their update that lets you keep working even when you run out of VRAM i tried making a better textual inversion of my character. also updated model
