Been absolutely obsessed with #Caillebotte โ€˜s 'Soldiers in the Woods' at AIC. But wow, only just noticed on visit #3 that there's a soldier with his bare bottom showing on the left! ๐Ÿ˜…

Caillebotte was really ahead of his time showing such unguarded moments. The vulnerability and naturalismโ€ฆ feels so real even 150+ years later.
