This was 3 weeks out last year at 215lbs…this was a damn good look, I just need to nail my peak. I started this prep at a soft 233 I believe, I’m currently at 243-245 morning weight at a pretty good body composition. 8 months out now from the next show with a little time left to grow. I’m gonna push myself to the absolute limit to be as stupidly conditioned as possible

Looking up or looking back at the judges is very common mistake that can be costly.

Looking up tends to elongate the abdominals and take away from that chiseled midsection.
