I got up at 5:35am this morning. Got a 10 minute run/ walk in. Then 12 minutes of stretching, followed by 10 minutes of quiet time.
I'm trying to change up my mornings with a routine to fade out the morning chaos of sleeping until the last minute and running out the door for work.
