I have come to despise UK organisations... And here is another example #monzobank

I transferred 2500 UK pounds to my son from a Swedish bank. So did my wife. Hers arrived fine, mine was lost. My bank in Sweden traced it to Monzo bank. We gave them all the information including a tracking number.

They can't find it..... Of course it's not their fault they don't deal with cross-border transfers. Yes, my bank said but you have it.

So they asked for the receipt I got. So I sent it via my son.

The reply was we can't accept it as we are a UK bank and we can't accept anything written in a damn foreign language. What the fuck did the expect.

Well #monzobank my bank is starting proceedings. I hope it hurts.
