Legendary CreeperMineverse LLC (aka Noobcrew), the original makers of the Skyblock map, had their application to trademark the term “Skyblock” officially rejected by the USPTO.
Microslop (aka. Microsoft) and the eleven Minecraft Marketplace companies opposing the Skyblock trademark application won. Among those companies were ones like Spark Universe (makers of the Essential mod) and Ziax LTD. (aka. as CubeCraft).
