Honour

For me #retreat offers multiple joys and they’ve grown the older and wiser I’ve allowed myself to become. One of the fundamentals is the fellow #Mindsprings retreants, many of whom I join in online teaching each week, but rarely ever see in person. And meeting M (at last) was an honour.

The Holy Isle

The night before retreat on #scotland’s #holyisle was just stunning. #lamlash was unseasonably warm and the sea was still. I’m so grateful Alistair scheduled in a decompression day before starting the work!
