L'Unità: Berlusconi si dovrebbe vergognare, parola di Tajani: il referendum sulla Giustizia nelle mani dei forcaioli

Il segretario di Forza Italia, Antonio Tajani, intervenendo l’altro giorno alla Camera ha pronunciato queste parole: “Io non sono stato mai inquisito, io sono una brava persona, non devo vergognarmi di niente”.
Proviamo a rovesciare questa affermazione: “lui non è una brava persona, lui è stato inquisito più di cento volte, lui si deve vergognare”. Chiunque conosca un po’ di logica formale non può mettere in discussione la legittimità di questo rovesciamento del teorema. Ora pensiamoci un attimo, poniamoci la domanda: chi è il più famoso pluri-inquisito dell’intera storia Repubblicana? Non ci sono dubbi: Silvio Berlusconi, che è stato mandato a processo circa 100 volte, e quindi, probabilmente, inquisito almeno 150 volte.
Pensava a lui Tajani quando ha pronunciato quella frase sciagurata? Oppure la sua è solo una “voce dal sen fuggita”, come diceva Metastasio? Probabilmente la risposta giusta è la seconda. Ma è una risposta molto preoccupante. Per pronunciare una frase di questo genere, seppure distrattamente, bisogna essere del tutto privi di cultura e di pensiero garantista. A nessun garantista mai può venire alle labbra una frase come quella. È come se Elly Schlein in un momento di distrazione dovesse sussurrare: “credere, obbedire, combattere”. Non può succedere. In mano a chi è la riforma della giustizia ispirata alle grandi idee di Pannella e Vassalli? A un drappello di forcaioli, in parte dichiarati in parte inconsapevoli.

Let’s try to overturn this statement: “He is not a good person, he has been investigated more than one hundred times, he must be ashamed.” Anyone who knows a little formal logic cannot question the legitimacy of this reversal of the theorem. Now let’s think about it for a moment, let’s ask ourselves the question: who is the most famous multi-investigated figure in the entire Republican history? There is no doubt: Silvio Berlusconi, who has been put on trial about 100 times, and therefore, probably, investigated at least 150 times.

Was Tajani thinking of Berlusconi when he uttered that disastrous phrase? Or is it just a “voice escaping from the reeds,” as Metastasio said? Probably the correct answer is the second. But it is a very worrying answer. To utter a phrase like that, even in a moment of distraction, one must be completely devoid of culture and of guarantor thinking. No guarantor would ever utter a phrase like that. It’s as if Elly Schlein, in a moment of distraction, had to whisper: “believe, obey, fight.” It cannot happen. Who is in control of the reform of the justice system inspired by the great ideas of Pannella and Vassalli? A squad of “forcaioli” (fascist sympathizers), partly declared and partly unaware.
