MeshCore Packet Analyzer Privacy Discussion

@Tree You absolutely need to create a privacy policy, moreso when you have users from Europe where GDPR is a thing - and define some sort of retention period for how long you store messages for. As a European - I’m OK with exchanging messages on a public channel on RF to people around me. But it’s kind of against the spirit of the protocol to take that and then publicly log everything on the internet.
