Today I’m cooking a smoked haddock and coconut soup, recipe adapted from one by #MelissaThompson published earlier this year in the Guardian’s Feast supplement. I’m lucky to be at home this week so can cook early and have everything ready for when family arrive home later. There’s still some tuna and harissa left over from yesterday so it’s a good week so far for leftovers and food ready to go in my kitchen.
