"Sometimes in my work I found that a lot of people -- not everybody, but some people -- would say, co-ops don't work. But my point here is *cooperatives work if you work them*. If you work how they are supposed to be set up, and how you move forward in putting this infrastructure in. It works, if people are willing to work together."
