So its been just about 3 weeks on this most #MediterrianDiet wathcing calories, sodium, and monitoring weight and blood-pressure for help to build a #heartHealthy life while living with heart failure. I've noticed that TUESDAYS seem to be the ones that give me trouble, goving over in either sodium or calories. I wonder why that is. There is nothing particularly different about Tuesdays than any other weekday.
