Delighted that my recent book ‘Trees and Shrubs That Heal’ (Permanent Publications, 2023) is now available from USA book stores. It covers 80 profiles of medicinal species suited to temperate climates and offers practical suggestions for use. There are also chapters outlining phytochemistry of these woody plants and potential benefits for health. There was not space for inclusion of full references for the 80 trees and shrubs such as details of clinical studies and laboratory analyses of active constituents.
