Father EnochI don't know WHY I was looking up #foie_gras on #wikipedia, but I was, and of course #Canada, MY #country, was one of the few countries listed as producing it.
Because OF COURSE we bloody are.
I wonder how much #MartinPicard, the "#WildChef" is responsible for this. I remember watching him on #TheFoodNetwork, and I WANTED to like him, but he ALWAYS seemed to want to put #Foiegras on almost EVERYTHING.
