La condanna a morte di Manouchehr Fallah, prigioniero politico detenuto nel carcere di Lakan a Rasht, è stata emessa a febbraio del 2025.
Manouchehr è stato condannato con l’accusa di Moharebeh (inimicizia contro Dio) dalla Sezione 2 del Tribunale rivoluzionario di Rasht.
Manouchehr Fallah è un prigioniero politico di etnia Gilak che rischia l’esecuzione dopo una detenzione segnata da una confessione forzata.
