The #JohnBarleycorn in the former #Machold Bierhaus in #Bonn old town calls itself an #IrishPub. IMHO, it is still more like a traditional German Brauhaus, but a quite good one.

Crowded like hell these days, but with solid selection of Irish and German #beers on tap and great burgers and steaks.

They even put the old Machold's Hell and Dunkel beer brands on their menu, but at least the Hell tastes different than the original one I remember.
