Seeing as it took Ville de Montréal more than 6 YEARS to install 3,000 EV charging stations, I'm not convinced.
We had our EV charging station installed in LESS than 1 month, so it's DOABLE, but I don't trust this city and its boroughs to get it done.

Montreal Mayor Valérie Plante’s administration aims to install 11,000 more electric vehicle charging stations across the agglomeration by 2030. But the Opposition questions the costs and the Quebec Electric Vehicle Association questions feasibility.
Watching signs go up in my neighbourhood, up and down the street, people attempting to sell/rent out properties... and there are at least two who have NEVER updated the windows/doors and it's been the chief complaint w/ the previous two or three tenants... and what they are asking for to sell, or want to charge for the rent... beyond ridiculous.
