@dt dans le quartier du Mile-End / Plateau, j’oscille entre Le Port de Tête, Joie de Livres pour les littératures de l’imaginaire, Planète BD (parce que la BD :-) ), Gallimard (très bien fournie en SFF, essais…).
Au détour des autres quartiers de Montréal : La Livrerie (qui est une coop), Zone Libre, les librairies du Square (Carré Saint-Louis et sur Bernard), La Maison des feuilles, N’était-ce pas l’été (pour son rayon zines juste incroyable et l'hébergement de pleins d’affiches militantes).

Check in on the manga auto-translate/typeset space maybe every 6 months or so, last time I checked background text and sfx were still not really well handled. But I’ve started using a locally-hosted model for cleaning such text, and … it works. Like, this has replaced using CAF and the Holy Ten Pixel White Stroke for redraw for me. It’s slow, but so am I, and it’s zero effort.
If I’m doing this on a Mac Mini at 75W, commercial companies that can offload to data center models should be doing this at scale. I don’t know for fact if Viz or the other big publishers are already doing automated MTL publication but if not, it’s probably less than a year out.
