Repairs are beginning on a pedestrian bridge along the MKT trail several months after it was found to have "severe structural damage," according to Houston Public Works.

City of Houston begins $1.1 million project to repair MKT trail’s Hogan Street bridge

Houston Public Works says the pedestrian bridge and some surrounding trails will be closed while the repairs are made. The work is expected to last three months, weather permitting.
