I needed to absolutely confirm that the laptop that is missing software is actually in any of the collections I am targeting. Kind of hard to get the required software to meet the VPN check if the MECM client never gets a deployment tasking. I blame being sleep deprived due to attending 1100 EST meeting from HST location (GMT-10 for those keeping score at home).

However, I did figure it out and I didn't have to reimage the computer and blow away the User's profile and cached login.
