China might go after the single quantum clock a nation has (Taiwan?) They need some other way to ensure computers don't drift so China can't just knock that out. Then we need also think about signals intelligence. #MASINT will become more important. It will be hard for nations to hide things, especially from space, so won't bother decoding signals.
