Il Tempo: Mostre, 'Turbanti' a Roma un percorso fotografico tra moda e inclusione

Roma, 24 mar. (Adnkronos) - Fino al 30 aprile la Casa Museo Boncompagni Ludovisi diretta da Maria Giuseppina Di Monte e afferente all'Istituto Pantheon e Castel Sant'Angelo – Direzione Musei Nazionali della Città di Roma guidata da Luca Mercuri, ospita la mostra fotografica 'Turbanti'. Ideata e curata dall'artista, stylist e docente Cosmo Muccino Amatulli, con le fotografie di Roberto Autuori, la mostra nasce dall'incontro tra formazione, creatività e inclusione. Racconta storie visive, trasformando l'immagine in uno spazio di espressione e riconoscimento. Cuore dell'esposizione sono i copricapi esclusivi creati in Accademia dagli studenti di Fashion Styling & Communication e indossati dalle modelle e dai modelli dell'Associazione. Le fotografie restituiscono ritratti intensi e profondi, capaci di catturare l'essenza dei giovani protagonisti, la personalità, i punti di forza e le fragilità. La mostra è organizzata e sostenuta da Accademia del Lusso e dalla Onlus 'Modelli si Nasce' con il patrocinio dell'Assessorato ai Grandi Eventi di Roma Capitale.
"Abbiamo fondato 'Modelli si Nasce' - spiega Silvia Cento, presidente di 'Modelli si Nasce' - con un obiettivo preciso: dare identità e dignità alle persone autistiche. Troppo spesso si parla di autismo in modo generico, dimenticando l'unicità e le peculiarità di ogni persona. Ognuno dei nostri ragazzi ha un quid che merita di emergere: è ciò che Cosmo Muccino Amatulli e Roberto Autuori hanno valorizzato attraverso fotografie artistiche personalizzate. La forza del progetto è stata la collaborazione tra gli studenti di Accademia del Lusso e i nostri modelli. Durante gli shooting si sono incontrati, conosciuti e hanno condiviso momenti di Crescita, Formazione e Arte. Tutto questo è stato possibile grazie alla direttrice di Accademia del Lusso, Laura Gramigna che ancora una volta ha creduto nelle potenzialità dei nostri ragazzi”.

Exhibitions, 'Turbans' in Rome: a photographic journey between fashion and inclusion.

“We founded ‘Models si Nasce’ – explains Silvia Cento, president of ‘Models si Nasce’ – with a precise objective: to give identity and dignity to autistic people. Too often autism is spoken about in a generic way, forgetting the uniqueness and peculiarities of each person. Each of our boys has a ‘quid’ that deserves to emerge: this is what Cosmo Muccino Amatulli and Roberto Autuori have valued through personalized artistic photographs. The strength of the project was the collaboration between the students of the Academy of Luxury Goods and our models. During the shootings they met, got to know each other and shared moments of Growth, Training and Art. All this was possible thanks to the director of the Academy of Luxury Goods, Laura Gramigna who once again believed in the potential of our boys.”

Come Direzione Generale Musei e Direzione Musei della Città di Roma siamo molto impegnati a promuovere il concetto chiave dell'accessibilità. I nostri musei non si rivolgono più a un pubblico indistinto, ma a tutti i tipi di pubblico e sono interessati ad abbattere le barriere". Così Luca Mercuri, direttore dell'Istituto Pantheon e Castel Sant'Angelo - Direzione Musei nazionali della città di Roma, durante l'inaugurazione della mostra fotografica a cura di Cosmo Muccino Amatulli, organizzata da Accademia del Lusso e dalla Onlus 'Modelli si Nasce' che nasce dall'incontro tra formazione, creatività e inclusione.
"Le barriere non sono più solo architettoniche, per il supporto alle persone con disabilità o difficoltà motorie, ma includono anche ostacoli culturali, percettivi e sensoriali, che spesso si frappongono tra il nostro patrimonio e i visitatori. Mostre come 'Turbanti' aiutano a colmare questo divario e a rendere i musei luoghi davvero inclusivi", conclude Mercuri.
