Apropos of what I wrote in #⁠WritersCoffeeClub earlier today, I'm now in Noc‑Noc for the first time in... I dunno, a long damn time. Probably a decade. Anyway, it's not that I'm unfamiliar with the décor here (which is, to put it mildly, unique). But it *is* the first time I've had to tackle the idea of trying to *describe* said décor as a setting in a book. So I'm looking at it with that challenge in mind. And it is quite a challenge. Hoo boy.
