After #kDrama #ProBono I completed my 5th rewatch of #twDrama #LoveTimeless. All 5 rewatches have been selective, watching ONLY the STP arc. Each time, the OTP arc troubles me but the STP move me. When you can watch a scene for the 6th time in 9 years and STILL get damp-eyed, you know it's great.
The thoroughly satisfying rewatch also cemented my plan to make this year a year of rewatches. My short PTW isn't gonig to baloon out this year, so it's time for same déjà view

Day 15: Favourite time travel Drama
time-travel #cDrama are literally not allowed HEAs, so they're a nope
My fave is the 2017 #twDrama #LoveTimeless I've watched 5 times, 4 times focused ONLY on the arc of the 2nd pair.
Elements of the OTP relationship remained problematic to the end for me, but the Groundhog Day time travel gave real growth to the STP.

I can't remember the STP in #BusinessProposal at all , must refresh my memory. I only gave the #kDrama 7/10 so even the OTP didn't leave a huge impression on me.
In many East Asian Dramas, STPs can have more creative arcs, because they're not constrained by formulaic expectations for lead pairs. In #kDrama #MissKorea has a great STP and two of my favourites are Mandarin #cDrama #TheTaleOfRose and #twDrama #LoveTimeless I rewatched both FOR their STPs
