/me Installs WSL Ubuntu 24.04.1 on Windows 11 Machine just to run X Windows for virt-manager

Oof, what a rough night. Dominion kept flickering the power because the wind was a little bit rough, so Mom's breathing machine wouldn't work consistently (yes, I need a UPS, please feel free to point me to ones that don't cost anything which is all I can afford right now), so I was awake listening for the power to go out again.
