Head's Up - we are about to launch a rocket - Oppphhhsss!

China launched a new rocket, the Long March 12B, that is designed to be reusable, but this flight did not attempt to recover the rocket’s first stage.

Long March 12B is a two-stage launch vehicle that burns kerosene and liquid oxygen (RP-1/LOX) and reportedly develops ~ 765 tonnes of thrust.

The rocket deployed operational satellites for China’s Qianfan megaconstellation - a rival to SpaceX’s Starlink.

What China did NOT do is provide advance airspace and maritime warnings before launch! #Space #China #Rocket #RocketLaunch #LongMarch12B #Starlink #Satellite #Qianfan
