Great night out yesterday to see #Litany, and artist I stumbled across only a few months back. Tiny local venue, a sold out end to her first album, "Sadgirl". Funky #indiepop with snappy lyrics, so much heart in her songs.
Think she's got close to the big time before but seems to have had some setbacks, some documented in the album.
Lovely to be able to talk with Beth and family afterwards, they're so supportive and friendly.

#Vader came to #Chicago this Tuesday as part of their "40 Years of the Apocalypse" tour. They played a crushing 90 minute set featuring songs from the band's past four decades.
