This picture is from late April 2022, when I flew my first 50km paragliding flight in the Prättigau valley in Switzerland. The valley is known for good thermal conditions especially in spring.
The photo was taken from between Älpeltispitz and Schildflue. In the middle of the picture, below the little paraglider in the air, you can see a group of some big mountains: Piz Linard (3410m) on the left, followed by the three Plattenhorn peaks (3200m, 3101m, 3220m) towards the right.
A bit to the left are two other big peaks (below another paraglider in the air): Chapütschin / Schwarzchopf (3232m) and the Verstanclahorn (3297m).
The big white area in the back towards the left side of the picture is the Silvretta glacier.
