Le tome 2 est ma dernière lecture du mois de mai.
Dans ces deux tomes, nous continuons à suivre les aventures de Béa et de Cad qui essaient de sauver les lumières d'Irpa.
Je suis vraiment tombée sous le charme de cette série qui est loin d'être aussi simple qu'on pourrait penser au premier abord. Le monde n'est pas manichéen, chaque personne cache sa zone d'ombre, en particulier Béa qui est bouffée par son anxiété mais aussi Cad qui continue à être trop sûr de lui. Leur amitié grandit et cela va les aider à traverser les différentes épreuves qui vont jalonner leur quête.
J'ai aussi apprécié tout ce qu'on a appris sur Kest, leur antagoniste. C'était une très bonne idée qui a reboosté l'histoire.
La fin du tome 3 arrive trop vite (bien évidemment) et j'ai hâte de lire le tome 4. Mais... la VO ne sort qu'au printemps 2026 donc, nous allons devoir attendre encore plusieurs mois pour la VF ! 🥲😭
