We all (mostly) have that one colleague in our office with whom we share things about work ( at times personal), bitch in more details about the company and superiors, go for lunch and breaks. This Nexus grows with days spent in that company.

But then anyone of them switch jobs, form a new Nexus at the new work place and that bonding and interaction with that person in the previous company depletes.
